Find your sleep sanctuary
Most sleep advice is written for everyone, which is why so little of it works for you. This takes seven questions and about ninety seconds, and gives you a sleep profile, a wind-down routine built around it, and the changes to your bedroom environment most likely to make a difference.
The quiz is loading. If nothing appears, you can open it in a new tab.
Open the quizSix sleep profiles, and what each one needs
The quiz sorts what is actually disturbing your sleep, then builds the routine around that rather than around general advice. Most people recognise themselves in one of these.
The hot sleeper
You run warm, kick the covers off, and wake up damp. Temperature is the thing to fix first.
Wired and tired
Exhausted all evening, then strangely alert the moment you get into bed.
Overstimulated
Physically tired, but the mind will not stop long enough to let you drop off.
Light sensitive
Small amounts of light and noise pull you out of sleep and make it hard to get back.
The restless sleeper
Never quite comfortable. You move through the night and wake unrested.
The inconsistent sleeper
Some nights are fine and some are not, with no obvious pattern to it.
Some of this is habit. Some of it is your bed.
A good deal of what disturbs sleep is behavioural, and the quiz will tell you so where that is the case. But temperature is the exception that sits squarely with what you sleep in. If you run warm, cotton absorbs moisture and holds it against the skin, and no wind-down routine compensates for that.
That is the part we can help with. The rest of the advice stands on its own whether or not you ever buy anything from us.
If your sleep is persistently disturbed, or you have drenching night sweats or other symptoms alongside, it is worth raising with your GP. There are medical causes that neither a routine nor a set of sheets will address.
