Refund policy
Sleep easy — we’ve got you covered.
We want you to love your Mossva bedding as much as we do. But if something’s not quite right, don’t lose sleep over it — we’ll make it right.
Returns window
You can return any eligible item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
To qualify, items must be:

Unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

Returned in a resellable condition (we can’t accept items that have been slept in — we love comfort, but hygiene matters too).
If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, let us know within 7 days of receiving it, and we’ll sort it immediately.
How to start a return

Click "Request return" for the order that you want to submit the return for.

If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.

Select the reason and leave us a note (so we can keep improving)
- Submit return
You'll then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.
Return shipping

For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.

If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, we’ll cover the shipping and send a prepaid label.
We recommend using a tracked service to ensure your parcel gets back to us safely.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.
If you exchanged an item, we’ll ship the replacement as soon as your return is approved.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns on:

Used or washed bedding

Gift cards

Final sale or discounted items
Faulty or damaged items
If your order arrives less than perfect, please send photos to support@mossva.co.uk within 7 days so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
