At Mossva, every order is handled with the same care and precision we devote to our craft. Our bedding is prepared, packaged, and dispatched with the utmost attention to detail to ensure it arrives in pristine condition.

Processing & Dispatch

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 1 PM will be attended to the following working day.

Upon dispatch, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking details.

Delivery Options (UK Mainland)

Standard Delivery 2 working days £4.95 (Complimentary on orders over £100)

During peak periods, dispatch and delivery times may extend slightly, though we make every effort to maintain our usual efficiency.

Delivery Partners

We entrust our deliveries to a select group of reputable couriers, including DPD, Royal Mail, and Evri, chosen for their reliability and discretion.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has left our care, you will receive tracking information so you may follow its progress to your door.

Delivery Regions

We currently deliver to mainland United Kingdom addresses.
Deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, the Channel Islands, and the Isle of Man may require an additional 2–3 working days.

At this time, we are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes or forwarding addresses.

International Orders

We are pleased to offer international delivery to select destinations within Europe.

  • Cost: Calculated at checkout

Please note: customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Missed or Delayed Deliveries

Should your delivery be delayed, or should you be unavailable to receive it, our courier will provide instructions for rescheduling or collection.

Damaged or Missing Items

While rare, if your order arrives with any issue, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. Kindly include photographs and your order number so that we may resolve the matter swiftly and satisfactorily.
